What is AI Perception Score and why isn't it in the Free plan?
AI Perception Score is our proprietary AI research layer that asks deep strategic questions to AI models about your brand, like "What are your main competitors?", "How do customers perceive you?", and "What are your weaknesses vs rivals?". These insights power your competitive analysis, suggested competitors, and strategic recommendations. Because AI Perception Score uses significantly more AI compute, it's available on paid plans (Starter and above).
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is for teams just getting started, weekly measurements and the essential 4 AI models. Growth adds daily measurements, Microsoft Copilot tracking, 2 target countries, PDF/CSV exports, and smart alerts, plus it comes with a 7-day free trial so you can test the full experience before committing.
Do I need to enter a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Free is a permanent plan, no expiration, no card required. Upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all paid plans can be cancelled at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I reach my prompt limit?
You can add +25 prompt packs to your plan for €30/mo each. Use the slider on any paid plan to customize your prompt count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What AI models do you track?
We track ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, and Grok. Which models you can track depends on your plan.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Growth plan comes with a 7-day free trial. For other plans, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied, just contact support.
